Does Umi Goods offer international shipping?
Shipping is available to most countries.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship packages via UPS or USPS.
Can I track my package?
Yes, You will be emailed a copy of your tracking information to the email address used to purchased your item.

Once you place your order, please allow 4-7 days for processing. After that, you’ll receive an email with tracking info! All domestic orders are shipped with USPS priority mail and arrive 1-4 days after processing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Broken pieces:
If your piece is broken during shipping, reach out to heythere@umigoods.com within 7 days, and we can find a resolution! I will either refund you, or if I have similar inventory I can send you a new piece.

Lost or Stolen pieces:
Once I drop your package off at the post office, I no longer have control over it! Please reach out to your shipping provider or local post office.

Return to Sender:
Please make sure your address is correct when you check out! If your package is returned to me and you have entered the incorrect shipping adress, you’ll be asked to pay shipping again.
